Overlords are brutal warriors. Fanatics who will relentlessly serve Sauron, they command Sauron's many regions from the great towers emerging from their Citadel.
Each Overlord commands a fortress, which controls the region it's located in. To conquer a region, one must mount a Siege and defeat the Overlord, who is usually found outside the fortress.
